At Solacee, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 3–4 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Returns are only applicable in case of:

Wrong item received

Defective or damaged product

❌ Sale items, discounted items, and accessories are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued via: Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (same method used for payment)

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.

Customer will bear the shipping cost for exchanges.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
